Martin has worked for us for 15 years. Having studied Economics at University he has made his way through the company having started in the factory. He then ran production and sales for 10 years. Currently he looks after the technical department controlling our quality standards and offering solutions to many of the issues affecting our customers. He excels at developing innovative products into many different industries.

Darren Farthing
Darren holds an HNC Science (Polymer Technology) from Manchester Metropolitan University. With his time at ILC, PolyOne (Avient), Fothergill Polycom and Louvolite, Darren has broad experience in Sales and Operations Management and Product Development in a textile coating environment. His additional knowledge of Building and Construction products have given FPP a new lease of life in that area.

Tom Briggs
Tom is the newest cog to the business having joined last year. He studied an MCHEM Chemistry degree at the University of Liverpool, where he completed projects and modules on polymer science. He currently works within the technical department on the R&D side for both textiles and packaging. He has now spent a few years with us gaining a greater understanding of the industry and the manufacturing difficulties involved with applying our products. He is an instrumental member of the team implementing change for the future.

John Sheridan
John has more than 40 years experience in the industry, having worked previously for Industrial Latex Compounds and Industrial Latex Adhesives. He holds a NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety and is a Quality Systems lead auditor. He provides back-office support to ensure the smooth running of operations and administration.

Dave is our longest serving employee having started when the company was founded. He has nearly 40 years manufacturing experience and extensive engineering knowledge.
